  Welcome to Aevia Revive (the "App"), developed and operated by West Solution Consulting Corp. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Aevia Revive is a local-first, privacy-focused iOS application designed to assist users in logging, tracking, and understanding their nutritional intake and eating patterns. The App aggregates data based on public reference databases (e.g., USDA FoodData Central, Health Canada CNF, Open Food Facts, and Health Canada's Licensed Natural Health Products Database) and computes insights directly on your device.

2. Medical Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

Aevia Revive is strictly an educational tool and is not a medical device.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention.
The nutritional values, macro/micro computations, allergen scanning, and pattern insights generated by the App are reference estimates based on generalized databases. They may vary significantly from the actual constitution of the food you consume.
Fasting tools and dietary suggestions are provided for educational context only. Fasting is contraindicated for specific populations, including but not limited to individuals who are pregnant, nursing, have a history of eating disorders, or manage specific metabolic conditions.
Always consult a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional before making any dietary changes, beginning a fasting protocol, or acting upon any information presented in the App.

3. Privacy and Data Security

Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

Your core health data, logs, photos, and household profiles are stored locally on your device or in your personal Apple iCloud via CloudKit.
You are solely responsible for the physical security of your device and the security of your Apple ID, as well as obtaining consent from any household members whose data you log.
West Solution Consulting Corp. does not access, backup, or hold the ability to restore your personal health data.

4. User Responsibilities

When you use the App, you agree that:

You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, nor bypass its local security measures.
You are solely responsible for verifying the safety of the food you consume. The App's automated allergen scanner is reliant on correct user input and generalized substring matching; it cannot detect cross-contamination or unlisted ingredients.
You acknowledge that product information retrieved via barcode or NPN scanning is sourced from third-party public databases. You are solely responsible for manually verifying this electronic information against the physical product's packaging and labels before consumption.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its original content, features, graphical elements, and source code, are and will remain the exclusive property of West Solution Consulting Corp. The public domain and open-source data utilized by the App (e.g., USDA, Health Canada CNF data) remain the property of their respective creators and are utilized in accordance with their respective open licenses.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Aevia Revive offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock additional household profiles ("Seats"). If you choose to purchase an additional seat:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
We do not process payments directly or have access to your billing information.

7. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEST SOLUTION CONSULTING CORP. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF NUTRITIONAL ESTIMATES, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UP-TO-DATE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WEST SOLUTION CONSULTING CORP., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY PHYSICAL INJURY, HEALTH COMPLICATION, OR ALLERGIC REACTION ARISING FROM:

(A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP;
(B) ANY RELIANCE PLACED BY YOU ON THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, OR EXISTENCE OF ANY NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION OR INSIGHT PROVIDED BY THE APP.

9. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted within the App or its accompanying website. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which West Solution Consulting Corp. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
